If the products we sent are untouched without the seal or packaging damaged, we may be able to refund but there is a 10% stocking fee that is taken off your refund total. Due to our products being handmade and fragile if kept in bad conditions, we may not be able to offer refunds. Our products are checked multiple times per day to assure they are at the perfect temperature and condition. Its only when customers receive them they must care for them as well.
We try our best to get the products shipped off to you as soon as possible. We keep as much stock as possible in our storage facility. We typically try to deliver products within 1 – 2 weeks but this depends on your order quantity and rarity of cigar.
To maintain the quality and flavour of your cigars, proper storage is essential. Store your cigars in a humidor set at around 70% relative humidity and 70°F (21°C). This keeps them from drying out or becoming too moist. Never store cigars in a fridge or freezer — it will dry them out and ruin the flavour. Periodically rotate cigars within the humidor to ensure even exposure to humidity. Keep them out of direct sunlight as well.
We accept payments through our payment gateway using WorldPay. In certain cases, we may be able to offer cash payments but this typically means you would have to collect your order.
If the taste is bitter or if the cigar feels extremely tough or hard, that typically occurs when the cigar starts going bad.
We carefully wrap our cigars inside and ensure they are kept in the correct condition through the use of humidifier pouches.
While we authenticate and verify all of our brands and stock, some companies do tend to sell fake products to make more money. We work directly with manufacturers and are supplied with certification for all stock that we receive.
